Monday Morning Mindfulness
Mondays, February 6 & 20, March 6, April 3 & 17 and May 1, 11:00 a.m. Hunter Room 205
On six Monday mornings during the coming months Rock Spring will present a series exploring mindfulness practice as a way to work with strong emotions. The first three 75 to 90 minute sessions will be held on February 6 (Developing a mindful outlook), February 20 (Finding quiet space in the present), and March 6 (Observing the emotions: burdens and lifts). Additional sessions will complete the series, which is being coordinated by Dwight Rodgers, on April 3, April 17 and May 1. There are no prerequisites for participation, and those new to mindfulness as a health and wellness practice are encouraged to join us.
