Does the world ever feel overwhelming? Do current events leave you feeling angry or disappointed? Is work sometimes exhausting? Try a time of personal silent meditation. Lynn Miller will provide meditation music and a quiet space, Sundays, March 12-April 2, 7:00-8:00 p.m., in the Saegmuller Room. You are invited to bring you own cushion or sit on the oor or in a chair. There will be no instruction or guiding, so please remain in silence the entire time you are present. Most people do not meditate for an entire hour, so come for whatever time you are comfortable with, for whatever meets your needs!
