On November 26 we will begin with Writing as a Spiritual Practice to express gratitude. How many spiritual leaders do you know who have touted the value of gratitude for mental (and physical) health? You don’t need any writing experience (or to have attended the October session) to try it out. Gail Burnaford will also provide resources for continuing Writing as a Spiritual Practice on your own.
