Hosting Hospitality in 2018
Posted: Dec 22 2017 - 10:19am

Would you like to meet fellow Rock Springers in a low pressure setting? Sign up for hospitality hosting after either the 9:00 or 11:00 a.m. services and get to know a few more people in the congregation. All that’s entailed is coming about half an hour before the service to set up the coffee urns, make the punch, setting out fixings and any goodies you choose to bring (there are store bought supplies available if you’d rather), and coming down a few minutes before the service ends to be ready for the crowds.  9:00 a.m. does more set up, while 11:00 a.m. does more clean up. You do not do both services. There are explicit directions available in Saegmuller and veteran servers are ready to help you out the first time. You can sign up as a team. There is a SignUp Genius at bit.ly/RScoffeehour. If you’d rather, contact Susan Peters (susanpetersva@verizon.net) or Barbara Barton (barbara.barton@comcast.net) and we’ll sign you up.
