Monday Morning Mindfulness Concludes

Dwight Rodgers is coordinating this series exploring mindfulness practice as a way to work with strong emotions. There are no prerequisites for participation, and those new to mindfulness as a health and wellness practice are encouraged to join. Sessions last between 75 and 90 minutes.
